Privacy policy

Effective November 4, 2026

TripDial helps people compare trip ideas. We collect as little as possible. This page explains what we do with information.

What we collect

Nothing you type into the trip planner leaves your device. Your answers and saved trips are stored only in your own browser.
No accounts. You don't sign up or log in.
Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply and, if you ask, to tell you when TripDial opens up.
Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard information like IP addresses and browser type to deliver and protect the site.

Cookies and tracking

TripDial doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share your information with advertisers.

Links to partners

TripDial links to booking sites such as flight search, hotel and tour companies. Some links are affiliate links: if you book, the partner may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. When you visit a partner, their own privacy policy applies, and they may use cookies to record that you came from TripDial.

Children

TripDial is meant for adults planning travel and isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes

As TripDial grows, for example when we add accounts or sharing with friends, we'll update this page and change the date above.
